GREENSTREET Inc. has been building green since 1999 with more green building experience in the Tri-State Region than any other firm. We combine high-end design, development, consulting and construction services with healthy, high-performance green building practices. All of our key staff are LEED accredited professionals with a passion for green building.
GreenStreet installed the first grid-tied residential solar system in New York City and was the LEED consultant on the first LEED Certified Museum in the nation, the Mark Twain Education and Visitors Center. GreenStreet also built the first LEED Certified restaurant in New York State, Green Canteen, as well as the first LEED Certified Bike Shop in New Jersey, Marty's Reliable. We currently have a number of initiatives in the works towards the larger goal of being this region's leading source for green building supply, construction management, energy efficiency and development.
