These strategies typically include some form of 3rd Party Certification including: Energy Star, LEED, Passive House and/or Living Building Challenge. However, we always require that all such strategies add Value to the Project and can be appropriately monetized in the Sale or Lease of the Property. GreenStreet can function as simply the Development Consultant, providing all required Market Study, Analysis and Due Diligence. GreenStreet can also work with existing Property Owners in a Joint Venture Agreement where we provide an entire Turnkey service from Market Analysis through creation of an Offering Plan, arrangement of Equity and/or Debt Financing, pulling together the Design and Construction Team and Managing the Permitting and Construction Process.
